What's outside our reach

Christian Journey works entirely on your device - there's no server we can log into to "see your account." That gives you full control of your data, but it also means anything lost from your phone can't be restored from our side.

Payment issues, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google, since they process every transaction. We don't see your billing details and can't adjust charges directly.

Response time

We aim to reply to every email within two business days. If you don't hear back, please check your spam folder - and if it's still missing, email us again.
